Computer scientists at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (South Korea) are nearing completion on a computer application that helps render fully-CG target images over 2D surfaces. The software has been tested in bringing to life two children's folktales, providing movement and sound to an otherwise passive medium. Video available.
