What is William H. Macy doing in this? It struck me, watching this god-awful trailer, that this Marmaduke movie is a modern day equivalent to the old Speaking of Animals shorts (created by Tex Avery). Only those were much more entertaining. For comparison, here’s the only clip I could find online:
