'Fish Hooks,' from illustrator Noah Z. Jones, is next-in-line for Disney's growing collection of creator-driven cartoons. The animated series follows a group of teen fishes who must endure the dangers and anxieties of high school life in addition to the expectant struggles of being fish in a pet store.
