Italy-based animation group Rainbow S.p.A. ('Monster Allergy,' 'Winx Club'), have detailed their plan to construct a gaming production headquarters in Singapore. Anticipating the regions growth in the cartoon and game development sectors, Rainbow is investing tens of millions of dollars in an effort to create a unit that will produce material entirely in-house.
